Hello! I am Ramit Dutta. I will be joining the University of California, Berkeley, this Fall (2024), as a graduate student. I have been working as a Lecturer in the Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) department of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). I have completed my M.Sc. and B.Sc. in EEE from BUET.  

My research interests lie in the areas of Spintronics, Neuromorphic Computing, Modeling, Simulation, Fabrication, Characterization, and Application of Novel Nanodevices and State-of-the-Art Solid-State Devices, Quantum Computing. My goal is to establish a research career in the field of Spintronics, Nanoelectronics, and Novel Semiconductor Devices.
